St Helens Beach, also known as The Duver, enjoys lovely views across the Solent and there is something to keep the whole family occupied at this pretty beach.
From calm waters to paddle boards and kayaks to rock pools which you can explore when the tide goes out.
The sandy beach is owned and maintained by the National Trust and there’s an abundance of wildlife in the area and the view of Bembridge Harbour is stunning. During the summer season, St Helens beach is litter-picked on a daily basis keeping it looking pristine.
There is a café by the beach with facilities plus a smattering of beach huts, giving that Great British beach vibe.
