The ethical butchery specialises in pasture-raised Isle of Wight beef, pork, lamb and mutton, alongside high-welfare chicken and locally sourced products.
Visitors can also browse artisan cheeses, Briddlesford Dairy products, Nunwell Farm honey, Wight Knuckle beers and ciders, Wight Whisky products produced on site, homemade ready-to-cook meals made with real ingredients, and a selection of other local and artisan foods.
