Founded in 2014, the Isle of Wight Distillery is the first distillery on the Island and the home of Mermaid Gin.

Rooted in the Island’s beautiful natural landscape, the team creates spirits influenced by the stunning surroundings and the unique character of the Isle of Wight. They take a unique approach, focusing on reducing waste and utilising ethically sourced, often local ingredients to produce a variety of smooth, complex spirits.
