Freshwater Library provides a welcoming space to relax in the heart of Freshwater.

The library was completed in October 1939, with an initial collection of 4,000 books. They now hold 10,000 books and over 15,000 items.

The library is supported locally by the Friends’ Group, which helps raise money for the library and provides regular events of all kinds.
