Ventnor Grand Carnival & Fireworks is an annual tradition on the Isle of Wight, bringing the community together for a vibrant evening of festivities.
This much-loved event features a lively parade showcasing colourful floats, marching bands, and community groups.
The carnival procession departs at 19:00, winding through Ventnor, culminating in a breathtaking fireworks display over the seafront. Visitors can enjoy family-friendly fun, live entertainment and a fantastic atmosphere throughout the evening.
The Grand Carnival is part of the Ventnor Carnival Week, which runs from 8-15 August 2026. Throughout the week, attendees can enjoy a variety of activities, including the Children’s Carnival and the Illuminated Carnival.
