Once invaded by the French, Hill Farm now gives way to a peaceful self-catering retreat, boasting one of the most stunning panoramic views on the Isle of Wight.

You can gaze across the rolling countryside towards Bembridge and the RSPB Nature Reserve in the East, dropping down into the Yar Valley and Brading village, through to St. Boniface Down, the highest point on the Island, in the South.

There are two accommodation choices: Hill Farm Barn and The Little Black Barn. Hill Farm Barn is an 18th-century threshing barn nestled in ½ acre of private grounds, offering breathtaking views. It has been beautifully restored and tastefully converted into self-catering accommodation after extensive renovations. The Little Black Barn at Hill Farm is a stylishly converted barn that sleeps 4, featuring a similar exterior design to Hill Farm Barn but with a contemporary twist inside.
